Digital + Social Media Manager
Boutique marketing agency seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to oversee marketing on behalf of clients in the hospitality, financial and educational industries.
The Digital Marketing Manager manages all aspects of client marketing including social media, advertising, email marketing, photoshoots & graphic design. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to play a part in both the development and execution of marketing strategies.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to join a growing organization early and move up quickly as we expand. Must be willing to wear many hats, be hungry for success & work well in an entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications

2-3 years marketing experience in the hospitality industry is ideal

Demonstrable experience writing social media copy, managing a community, and growing a social media audience (work samples required)

Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns

Knowledge of digital advertising channels and tactics

Basic understanding of analytics and reporting

Strategic, pro-active thinker; ability to analyze marketing opportunities

Highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work

Experience with Sprout Social, Monday.com, Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager or similar tools
Core Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Marketing on behalf of assigned clients, including social media management, email marketing, digital advertising etc.

Participate in client calls, always working to add value to the relationship

Manage assigned client projects to completion, owning the deliverables and meeting all deadlines

Fully own the social media strategy for assigned clients, developing content, managing community & growing audience

Oversee email marketing for relevant clients

Assist with digital advertising (Google PPC, Google Display, Paid Social)

Manage monthly client reporting, analyzing KPI’s and making strategic recommendations based on performance

Attend client meetings, photoshoots, site tours in-person as needed
